} Field Guided

Anabela of Field Guided lives in Toronto, and from there, she uses mostly typography to get her messages out. Not surprising, since she has a degree library studies, and now typesets books for a living.

Everything, from prints to tote bags and prints, are done with subtlety and simpleness, but weirdly enough, full of emotion. I adore!

Oh, irreverend humour, how I love you! You put a kick in everyday life, and Hairbrained Schemes creates you so well!

Eve Sand offers these Japan inspired digital art prints that are visually attention grabbing.

Colors are the definitely the stars of each design: perfect combos, perfect shades. Plus, you can get the regular 8.5x11in prints in 11×14 or 13×19. Could be the focus point that you were looking for, for that room you just painted! :)

When you think “vintage”, you probably don’t think photography. Especially if you’re aiming for “vintage decor”.

Over at Larken (a graphic designers and architects collaborative), they make it work, tho! They offer reproductions of vintage official police department mugshot negatives, which can be displayed (can I say “proudly”? lol) on your walls! :)

I love feathers. My first items ever listed in my Etsy shop all had feathers! Did you know that? It’s almost 6 years away, so if you don’t, it’s totally understandable! Here’s an example: my first best seller! :) Anyway!

I love RiverLuna‘s work, featuring mostly feathers, painted, then scanned and printed on watercolor paper. Oh the texture! Also, rocks featuring little motifs painted by hand. So cute!! :)

Totally liking these prints by Mrs Eliot Books. Simple shapes meet industrial look meets color pop!

Understated impact garanteed! Seems like an oxymoron, but it truly isn’t, right? :)

Getting transported to a weird, intense, colorful world is always a pleasure in my mind. Treasure Frey definitely delivers!

Shapes and/or figures, surrealism and/or conceptual, colorful and/or undertoned, I’m totally smitten!

It’s no secret I love wood. And obviously, with my own work proving it, I love silhouettes as well.

Over at Wildpup, they mix both! Makes for super cute prints that will bring a little bit of wild-thang in your space! :D

} Leah Duncan, again, again!

So. This is the third time I’ve blogged about Leah Duncan‘s work in a year… I *think* it’s safe to say I’m a super fan!

Well, now there’s a calendar available, as you can see above. I almost fainted! lol! I have this little slim spot between my kitchen and work area (which is supposed to be a dining room) where the calendar is going to look perrrrfect! :D
